Aurelia Noel’s profile
I started getting interested in Internet back in 1999 when completing my master degree, unfortunatly the bubble burst and my dreams to become an Internet millionnaire disappeared. Some would say I am from the web 1.0 generation where everything was technical and not optimised, when digital agencies were selling you brand awareness campaigns for million of pounds without anything in return and when Google was a nobody.
Well things have changed and I changed with them, gaining experience in different marketing fileds such as Affiliation, email marketing, search engines, site optimisation. I always had results in mind when testing something new in the best interest of my clients and my department.
I embraced web2.0 with great expectations and must say I really am happy with the results. The Internet is now a great community where people can communicate, share, evolve and learn. It is great to witness this and be a part of it.
As an Internet professionnal I always wanted to start my own column and never went far, but I think now is a good time to share my views on this fascinating online world and experience.
