Is Web 3.0 about universal knowledge?

I am so happy the Internet is now a user content generated world. Web 2.0 (or 3.0 I am loosing track), really is a pull media where consumers choose where and when they consume content.

Companies will have to leverage consumer intend to really build a strong relationship and engage with them. What happened in the last 10 years is absolutly amazing and no matter how savvy I can be, Internet is always surprising me.

What can you choose from? forums, wiki, blogs, RSS , question and answers.

Web 3.0 will be about building a universal knowledge, where everybody can contribute to the world not matter how old, how good, how smart, how rich or poor it can be. We can all be actors and contributors to others people life and experience.
